  • Ingredients

    • 1 bowl of beaten rice
    • 2 pieces of eggs
    • 1 small tomato finely chopped
    • 1 small sized onion finely chopped
    • Green coriander finely chopped
    • Green chilly finely chopped
    • Salt as per taste
    • chilli powder as per taste
    • 1 tbsp of cumin powder
    • 20ml of oil


  1. Fry beaten rice until it becomes brown
  2. In a seprerate bowl, beat the eggs. Add tomatoes, onions, green coriander, green chillies, salt, cumin powder and chilli powder and stir everything well
  3. Heat oil in the frying pan and pour the mixture
  4. After some time add fried beaten rice and cook it well
