  • Ingredients

    • २ कप मसिनो गरी काटीएको बन्दा
    • २ कप आटा
    • २ मुठो हरियो प्याज अथवा ३ वटा सुकेको प्याज
    • ३-४ मसिनो गरी काटीएको हरियो खुर्सानी
    • नुन स्वाद अनुसार
    • ५-६ लसुन
    • २ चम्चा मो:मो मसाल

Instructions

For Wrappings:

  • In a bowl, add flour, sufficient water and knead a soft dough.
  • Make small rotis with 1 ½ inch radius.
  • For Kima:
  • In a separate bowl, add cabbages, spring onions /onions, green chillies garlic and momo masala.

For Dumplings:

  • In a wrapping, put a teaspoon of the filling in the middle.
  • Bring all edges together to the center, making small tight pleats. Pinch and twist the pleats and close the momo tightly.
  • Steam in a steamer for about twenty minutes or until the wrapping are properly cooked.
  • Serve with the dipping sauces your choices or special momo soup called momocha / momo jhol.
