Pudina ko acchar | Mint Leaves paste | Dipping Sauce

Pudina or Mint leaves are the best flavor to consume for summer as it helps your body cool down. The refreshing brust of flavor from pudina acts relaxants. In addition to being a versatile herb in the kitchen, pudina paste is also known for its skin healing properties. Though, we do not recommend the following paste for your skin.

  • Ingredients

    1 bunch of fresh mint leaves
    2 tablespoons of mustard oil
    ¾ tablespoon of cumin seeds
    2 finely chopped onions
    1 tablespoon of black peppercorns
    ½ teaspoon of fenugreek seeds
    1 tablespoon of coriander seeds
    2-3 green chilies
    ½ teaspoon turmeric powder
    3-4 drops of lemon
    2 minced garlic cloves
    2” ginger
    2 tablespoons of shredded coconut
    Salt as required


In a pan, roast cumin seeds, fenugreek seeds and coriander seeds for a while.

Add to all other ingredients in a blender, blend to a paste. Refrigerate 30 minutes to allow flavors to develop, serve.
