Yogurt Based Coriander Sauce |Dhaniya ko Acchar | Dipping Sauce |

Growing up I was not a big fan of coriander but over time I finally learnt to appreciate its versatility. Referred as “dhaniya” in Nepali, Coriander has a light and sweet taste and goes really well with citric flavors. In addition to being a friendly herb that goes with almost anything in the Nepali kitchen, consuming coriander has numerous health benefits as well. For starters, coriander helps to regulate blood pressure. Coriander can also help treat diarrhea, a lesser known healing property of coriander. The high iron content in this magical herb can also be used to treat anemia. With these benefits, I hope we have conceived you enough to try out this sauce.
